 Cheryl Crumb

A leading international trainer for both multi-national and domestic companies, Cheryl is respected for her programs on Corporate Change, Sales Training, and Coaching.  President of her own company for over 15 years, Cheryl provides the  Advantage IQ Board with a useful international perspective.

 Derek Lackey

Having over 30 years in the Advertising and Marketing industry with multi-national companies as well as his own agency, Derek brings a fresh perspective to the company.  As President of Crew Inc., a unique consulting firm that analyses the various aspects of company management processes and then improves them.  His role as advisor is to help with the long-term planning as Advantage IQ grows.

 Allan Love 

With over 30 years of experience in Consumer Electronics Sales and Marketing,  Al spent 16 years with Panasonic in various management roles, leaving to launch Daewoo in Canada.  In 2004 Al led the initiative to bring Marantz back into Canada.  Now President of Trans Canada Communications Group, Al’s contribution as an advisor is to assist in maintaining a balance between “Shop Talk” and “Product Knowledge”, regardless of the class of trade of Advantage IQ  client companies.

Paul McCabe

President and Managing Partner of COMPASS Performance Strategies Inc., an international training company since 1995, Paul was previously Vice-President with Standard Broadcasting.  His expertise is in Sales and Management Training and Coaching with a strong focus on Motivation.  Author of the best seller book  "Feed the Good Dog - "Making the Choice to Succeed",  Paul will assist the Advantage IQ Board in advising on sales and execution strategies.

Leon Sebek

A seasoned executive with  Celestica as past Director of Business Development,  Leon’s role as advisor is to ensure that established corporate standards are maintained with rigor and discipline.  In addition Leon will beassisting in the Advantage IQ business planning process.

Bill Swansborough

President of Entapro Systems LLC., a company that administrates huge amounts of data relating to the warranty industry, Bill has a background in sales  and management throughout North America in retail, commercial, and administration.  Bill’s role is to advise on administration and systems for Advantage IQ.
