Advantage IQ is an online platform designed to test the knowledge base of individuals, with deep data reporting for analysis.
Fully customizable by the client company and administrator, tests can be run on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.

Advantage IQ is ideal for a number of verticals: service sectors, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers, including financial, telecom, and medical institutions.

The client pays for a "Virtual Office" which gives them access and training on the administration suite.  Here, the client can create tests, questions, and answers.  They can also point incorrect answers to a self-created text box, pdf , or on-line resource for the participants reference.  In addition, there is an option for "time delineation" for each question measured against the benchmark and average time taken. Finally, there is an option to establish when the participant can re-take the test.

The participant will log on to www.advantageiq.biz using the AIQ icon on the clients website, enter the client company name, location, employee name, ID and e-mail, then select the appropriate test.  Tests are structured as true / false or multiple choice. Upon completion of the test, a screen comes up to identify the participants overall score, and identify incorrect answers, pointing to specific resources so that the participant can improve their knowledge base.

Reports are available by total test or any question within a test:

• INDIVIDUAL              (total score and individual question score, with time lines)
• LOCATION                (as above, including rankings)
• GROUP                      (as above, including rankings)
• CITY                           (as above, including rankings)
• REGION, PROVINCE, COUNTRY    (as above, including rankings)
• CLASS OF TRADE  (retail, wholesale, service)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE (part time, full time, manager, and so on)
• TENURE                   (time with company)
• CLIENT SPECIFIC
   
• Note: The administrator has the option to generate custom reports from any and all of the above.  Language, experience, and position are some of the criteria available in the reports filter.

Advantage IQ has the depth and flexibility of both creating the test questions, and analyzing the report data, which is the the difference between Advantage IQ and online survey applications.
